The inbox pane is reorganized for reading.

  • Messages first. A location line (High Command › Main inbox), the unread counts, and one context line come first, then the peer rows. Agent lanes and fixed notes move below the messages.
  • Rows you can scan. From 90 columns, each peer is one row in fixed columns. Below 90, each peer takes two lines so the message still shows. The roster state is short (idle at 12:03); the thread keeps its full source.
  • Warnings stand out and are never cut. unverified sender and suspicious show in the warning color, and (not delivered) in the error color. They come before the message text, so a narrow pane cuts the message, not the mark.
  • A clearer thread. The header is split into labeled lines: the place, the state, and the sender and counts. Message bodies are indented, and a send's reported result has its own line.
  • Notes next to what they qualify. The accuracy notes are shorter and sit beside what they qualify. The send note sits above sends, and the core-evidence note sits inside Show send details.
  • Compact agent lanes. One row of lane buttons, with the current lane marked. Agent status opens the per-agent status lines.
  • Visible keys. b Back, r Read all or Mark read, m Main inbox, i Show identity, p and n for pages, 1-9 for rows. Back works in every view and returns to the row you came from.
  • Pages. One pager row per list, with the page position. A page ends early when it would pass the engine's drawing limit, and says how many rows moved.
  • Band spacing. One blank line now sits above the band, so it no longer reads as the last line of the transcript.

Update: claude plugin update high-command@high-command, then start a new session or run /reload-plugins.

📝 Walkthrough

The pane adds width-aware roster and thread pages, agent-lane and identity views, and navigation with focus management. Documentation describes the updated layout and controls. The plugin version changes from 1.1.2 to 1.2.0.

Changes: Pane layout and navigation

Layer / File(s) Summary
Page budgets and view contracts
hooks/inbox.ts, hooks/limits.ts, hooks/views.tsx
Thread page costs now include delivery and core-call details. Roster and agent-lane pages use item-count and serialized-size budgets.
Roster, thread, and identity rendering
hooks/views.tsx, hooks/text.ts, README.md, docs/usage.md, .claude-plugin/plugin.json
The pane renders adaptive roster rows, agent lanes, detailed thread entries, and a separate paginated identity view. Text helpers format times, states, and width-limited peer labels. Documentation and the version badge describe the updated pane and controls; the pane screenshots are removed.
Navigation state and focus
hooks/register.tsx, hooks/views.tsx, types/index.d.ts, README.md, docs/usage.md
Pane actions manage navigation and focus across roster, thread, identity, and agent-lane views. Render props and plugin state include agent-status visibility. The keyboard guides document the navigation controls.
