- Unblocks every PR's `build` job, red since GHSA-vwc7-r8mq-g2x9 reached npm: adm-zip has no fixed version yet - Exposure limited to hugo-extended's Windows postinstall extracting a checksum-verified release into its own fresh bin dir - Exception self-expires via the gate's stale-entry assertion once a fixed adm-zip lands through the root override
- Names the exact extraction dir and the advisory's destination-symlink precondition - Drops a chain-target comment that overclaimed what the assert checks, plus two that restated the assert and test names below them
