golangci-lint 2.13.2 can't read export data from Go 1.27.2, so bump CI to 2.14.0 and document the minimum version. Also quiets the gosec G407 false positive on NewGCMWithRandomNonce and tweaks the doctor command-quoting output/tests to match. This bumps the project's Go toolchain to 1.27.2, in
go.modand in theDockerfile'sGO_VERSION, to pick up the latest point release.golangci-lint 2.13.2 can't read the export data produced by Go 1.27.2, so CI is updated to golangci-lint v2.14.0, and
docs/community/contributing/index.mdis updated to document the new minimum linter version.cmd/root/doctor.goswitches two constant CLI command strings to%#qformatting to match the output golangci-lint now expects, withcmd/root/doctor_test.gostrengthened to cover it.pkg/protect/encrypt.gogets a line-scoped gosec G407 suppression forNewGCMWithRandomNonce, which generates its nonce internally; this is a false positive and there is no cryptographic behavior change.Verified locally under
