This PR removes the
generator/directory and allGeneratorNodes - we still need a bunch of their functionality transferred over to Dissolve2, but as of right now the precise details of that transition are unclear (e.g. in what form isMoleculeSetgoing to be for thePickorSelectnodes, and how do we handle external potentials in general).The full list of nodes and their state is captured in #2502.
