Better Auth calls its error hook for expected 4xx responses as well as server failures. Leave expected rejections to the existing
auth.rejectedwarning event, preventing wrong email codes from triggering operational failure alerts.The integration test checks that a rejected code produces a warning and no
request.failedevent.pnpm checkpasses (160 tests).
