1.Add package:
dotnet add package RazorComponentsPreview --version 0.6.0
2.Add to startup:
services.AddRazorComponentsRuntimeCompilation();
app.UseRazorComponentsRuntimeCompilation();
3.run project go to /preview and change razor file components
