Release 0.6.3: install-agent for Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI and opencode - #200

Conversation
Each flag writes the agent's project MCP file with a zerograph server and
the stanza into the instructions file it always reads. The files are
committed, so they hold no absolute path: Cursor and VS Code expand
${workspaceFolder}, the CLIs start the server at the root. A commented
mcp.json is left alone and the entry to paste is printed.
A symlinked or unreadable MCP file is now a note with the entry to paste, so the stanza and the other agents still install. Editors run before the Claude pass, so a CLAUDE.md linked to AGENTS.md finds it already written.

Summary
zerograph install-agentlearns four more agents, and the version moves to 0.6.3.--cursor:.cursor/mcp.jsonand an always-on rule,.cursor/rules/zerograph.mdc.--copilot:.vscode/mcp.jsonand.github/copilot-instructions.md.--gemini:.gemini/settings.jsonandGEMINI.md.--opencode:opencode.jsonandAGENTS.md.Each writes a
zerographMCP server entry and the usual stanza. Existing files are merged, other servers and keys kept. These files are committed, so no absolute path goes in: Cursor and VS Code get--repo ${workspaceFolder}, and the two CLIs start the server at the root they run in. A file that cannot be merged safely (comments inmcp.json, a symlink, an unreadable file) is left alone and the entry to paste is printed. Any subset combines with--claudeand--codex.Windsurf is not covered: it reads MCP servers only from a machine-wide file. Zed's project-level MCP config is undocumented, so it is left out too.
