Request: Add Realtime Voice

Seems like this is the only thing that is missing from here. Obviously can use OpenAI emulation, but it would be preferable to be able to use a native client that did all of the websocket stuff.

Note that Microsoft.Extensions.AI now has experimental support for this too. And the. current OpenAI Realtime client isn't compatible with xAI and support says that they aren't going to fix that.
