`diffr help` replaces clap's help command. With no topic it prints the help and lists the guides. `diffr help <command>` prints that command's help, as before. `diffr help <guide>` prints a guide; the first, `plugins`, is docs/plugin.md, now part of the crate's package. Agent plugins will call `diffr help plugins`, so the text an agent reads always matches the installed diffr.
