docs: 移除更新日志中的第三方品牌字眼并重新生成受影响封面

中文

• 移除发行版专属的更新日志章节（中英），连同其配置条目、侧栏翻译键与入口链接。
• 中和 v10.0.139 / v10.0.163 / v10.0.164 / v10.0.166 更新日志（中英）与索引摘要里的第三方品牌字眼；v10.0.164 中仅涉及品牌更名的一条整条删除。
• 封面图提示词补充「严禁出现第三方品牌、Logo、商标」。
• 重新生成上述 4 个版本的封面（中英共 8 张），去掉烘焙进图片的第三方品牌字样。
• 不改写历史，仅向前修复。

• Remove the distribution-specific changelog section (zh + en), together with its config entry, sidebar translation key and index links.
• Neutralize third-party brand mentions in the v10.0.139 / v10.0.163 / v10.0.164 / v10.0.166 changelog pages (zh + en) and the index summaries; drop the v10.0.164 entry that was only about a brand rename.
• Add "no third-party brands, logos or trademarks" to the cover-image prompt.
• Regenerate the covers of those four versions (8 images) so no third-party brand text remains baked into the pixels.
• No history rewrite; this is a forward fix only.

• 对本分支做第三方品牌关键词全文检索，无命中 / A keyword search for the brand terms on this branch returns no hits.
• 封面由 CI 在与发布流程相同类型的 runner 上重新生成，并逐张人工核对：品牌字样已消失、条目与页面正文一致、统计数字正确、尺寸 2848×1600 / Covers were regenerated in CI on the same runner type as the release flow and reviewed one by one: brand text gone, items match the page text, counts correct, size 2848×1600.
• 未在本地运行 Docusaurus 站点构建 / The Docusaurus site build was not run locally.
