Updates the TealTiger integration page to reflect v0.3.1 capabilities.

What changed

  • Updated description to mention streaming output scanning and pipeline-level enforcement
  • Added Components table showing all 7 components at a glance
  • Added sections: Pipeline-Level Governance, Streaming Output Scanning, Prompt Injection Guard, Circuit Breaker, PII Redaction in RAG, Pipeline Serialization
  • Added Tracing Integration section documenting 9 span tags emitted to OpenTelemetry/Datadog/Langfuse
  • Added Policy Templates section with the 5 built-in presets
  • Expanded Features list with streaming, pipeline config, serialization, tracing, circuit breaking, injection defense, and policy templates
  • Updated version field to Haystack 2.0+ and 3.0

What stayed the same

  • Agent Hooks (Haystack 3.0+) example
  • Zero-Config Mode (Observe) example
  • Policy Mode (Enforce) example
  • Support and License sections
