Add /dsn edit subcommand to edit an existing DSN - #2145

By analogy to "/favorite edit". But there is no need currently for "/dsn reload" or "/dsn eval", since making a connection implies a restart of mycli. Though we could imagine separating making a connection from restarting mycli in the future.
