* Added new 2.1.0 Task profile with identifier constraint for status draft. * Added "ignore" feature to bundle generator of dsf maven plugin. Ignore feature allows for resources to be present in the default folders of the dsf-fhir-validation module but not be included in the generated transaction bundle. * 2.0.0 Task profile configured as "ignore" to keep in dsf-fhir-validation module for existing tests, added deprecation warning to ValidationSupportRule resource reader * pom.xml version to 2.1.0
