This PR fixes a couple of runtime issues in MinAtar/FAME.py that block execution in Kaggle-based testing.
Changes:
--p_exploreargument to the parserThis was tested in a Kaggle notebook to the point where
FAME.py --helpand the runtime path proceeded correctly after dependency cleanup.
