Adds the Databricks MVP landing page and searchable, filterable, paginated directory. The directory uses 87 verified local records and optimized local portraits, with dedicated Open Graph metadata, so MVP pages do not depend on the backend.
Validation of the static-directory changes passed formatting, type checks, content and image checks, production build, 408 unit tests, and 198 browser tests. MVP social metadata was subsequently verified locally. Full checks were not rerun for this publication.
