Deletes 9 acceptance tests that used to exercise terraform-engine behaviour and now only print the engine removal error. Kept: validate/engine-config-valid, migrate/command/engine-config-terraform (config variant) and deploy/readplan/terraform-error (the single env-var variant). No behaviour change.
