- Add Kiro detection and configuration to install.ps1 and install.sh
- Add --tool kiro flag to databricks-skills/install_skills.sh
- Skills install to .kiro/skills/, MCP config to .kiro/settings/mcp.json
- Update README.md and databricks-skills/README.md with Kiro references
- Generalize skills README from Claude-specific to multi-tool

Python equivalent of install_skills.sh for Kiro IDE. Auto-detects ai-dev-kit repo location, installs Databricks skills from local source and MLflow/APX skills from GitHub to ~/.kiro/skills/. Supports --list, --dry-run, --only, and individual skill selection.
