Context
The job assessment can only be as honest as the career-profile.yaml behind it. This adds the interview that builds that file, one question at a time, so nothing gets claimed that the user did not say. Part of JBSR-099.

Review notes
Stage 0 adds three questions (name, target roles, years) that the design table leaves out, because the schema requires them and later stages cannot write to person until they exist. The build-your-file prompt starts at stage 0 for the same reason.
Checked by writing the scripted Robin Sample answers through add_entry.py into an empty template: validate_profile.py reported no problems and 10 warnings (missing dates and reasons the scripted answers never gave). 431 tests pass. Safety scan clean. Private gate script not available in this session.
