Adds
--prefixand--labelfor docker compose style labelled output (#46). On Unix each command now runs in its own process group and parallelshell stops the whole group. This also covers #22 (npm scripts left running) and #28 (export,cdanda && b) plus background processes commands leave behind.Automatic stops now use SIGTERM instead of SIGINT. Commands can't read from the terminal anymore. That's why this is 4.0.0.
Verified locally: macOS 94 passing; Linux AMD64 36/36 Node images; Windows 11 x64 all 12 Node versions, 78 passing each.
Release version: 4.0.0.
