Adds -n / --npm for exact npm script names and minimatch patterns, mixed with ordinary commands. All selections are validated before launch. Existing shutdown behavior is unchanged; #22 and #28 remain open.
Verified locally: macOS 70 passing; Linux AMD64 36/36 Node images; Windows 11 x64 all 12 Node versions, 60 passing each. Runtime dependency audit reports zero vulnerabilities.
Release version: 3.2.0.
