Find ffprobe outside the wrapper's minimal PATH - #44

The tgcli wrapper exports PATH=<node>:/usr/bin:/bin, so ffprobe from Homebrew was never found and videos went out without width/height/duration. Look in the usual locations and honour TGCLI_FFPROBE. Version 2.12.2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Videos were sent without width/height/duration because the wrapper's PATH hides Homebrew's ffprobe. Checks PATH, /opt/homebrew/bin, /usr/local/bin, /usr/bin and honours TGCLI_FFPROBE. Version 2.12.2.
