Placeholder / WIP — signals that #213 isn't fully released with part 1 (#218) alone. No code yet; this PR carries the scope checklist and will be retargeted to main once #218 merges.

Stacked on #218 (base: dev/agent-hierarchies). Per the repo's stacked-PR behavior, CI and review stay skipped until retargeting.

Planned scope

• Depth badge on nested agent spawn cards (nothing at depth 1).
• Optional per-depth group-line color ramp (5-color cycle; depth 1 keeps tool-green).
• "transcript ≡ result" marker for fully-collapsed spawns — a verbatim-deduped transcript is currently indistinguishable from a never-rendered one.
• Deep-chain indent ergonomics: cumulative 2em steps push very deep chains (observed: 79 levels in the wild) off-screen; consider capping/compressing the step once the badge carries the depth information.
• Interactive polish round on real nested-session data.
