On Android 14+ mark the FlutterFragmentActivity root layout
accessibility-data-sensitive before the Flutter fragment attaches.
FlutterView inherits it, so node queries and events reach only services
that declare isAccessibilityTool (TalkBack, braille, Switch Access).
This commit is optional. I like it. You may not and in that case may drop it at will.

run.py builds a plugin-free Flutter app with the production MainActivity
template and runs a tool and a non-tool accessibility service against fake
secrets, before and after activity recreation. --scope none drops the
root layout override as a positive control.
