Overview
Adds a new
SECURITY.mdso the repo has a published security policy for GitHub and contributors.The file lists which release lines get security fixes (5.1.x and 4.0.x supported; 5.0.x and older than 4.0 not) and includes a “Reporting a Vulnerability” section that still uses placeholder text—actual contact details, response timelines, and triage expectations are not filled in yet.
