5.0.0 jakarta / gson / osgi (show me the code discussion PR)

This branch updates to version 5 with the following - breaking - changes

• Fully move to jakarta.servlet namespace
• Change JSON parser to com.google.gson
• Update some dependent libraries
• Generate OSGi capable META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
• Fix some build warnings

It is NOT meant as a final PR, but as a "Show me the Code - Discussion PR"

Thanks for your contribution. We're not actively adding any features to this project, hence the late reply. But there are also no plans for retiring it, for now. I will take a look at the changes you proposed soon, and we can discuss the direction you took.
