Updates the module and both Docker build images to Go 1.27.1; CI reads the version from go.mod. Application dependency versions are unchanged. Updates the development runner to versioned
go install, which is required by modern Go, and documents the matching local toolchain.Validation:
go test -race -count=1 ./...passed on Go 1.27.1. Production and development Docker images built successfully.
