Release the eight Cellule crates together as 0.2.0, reflecting the breaking Node Bundle v1 cutover and the first publication of cellule-axum. The changelog documents the fresh-prefix requirement, coordinated consumer upgrade, and pending three-VM performance qualification.
Keep repository-only app/host integration dependencies out of published manifests so the new compatibility line packages without a development dependency cycle. Verify the entire package set in Rust CI and refresh all framework lockfile entries and Axum installation instructions.
Validation: release metadata, formatting, architecture boundaries, module layout, Rust documentation fences, local documentation links, and all eight package archives passed locally. All eight archives also compiled successfully with Rust 1.97.0 from an isolated source snapshot. Full Rust and MSRV checks run in this PR before merging or publishing. No runtime implementation changes.
