fix: apply printer compatibility patches

Fixes #249.

Summary:

• post-process React Native 0.81 iOS codegen headers with ResultT aliases
• preserve Android brightness precision and prioritize specific TM-m30 models
• return the paired iOS Bluetooth address after best-effort disconnect
• propagate the Promise contract through code, tests, and docs
