Upgrade python test dependencies with
uv lock --upgradeThese are only used by pytest for testing, but it picks up a vulnerability #7971 and updates the test tools to follow on from 2b82418
This would prevent some other vulnerabilities from getting flagged by github or blackduck, but has no effect except on test code.
sgcollect only depends on python standard library.
