v0.63.0 was tagged but never published: its Linux release builds failed to link. v0.63.1 carries the v0.63.0 notes plus three fixes merged since (outline URL arrays, lighter storage cleanup, cancelled-write undo), as approved. v0.63.0 was tagged but not published: its Linux builds failed to link (fixed in #1106). v0.63.1 ships from main instead, and the unpublished v0.63.0 tag is deleted, as Ufuk approved.
