Copilot Coding Agent Branch Name not customizable via MCP

Describe the bug
I am looking to create a pull request and assign to Copilot Coding Agent via the GitHub MCP. As part of my prompt, I ask it to name the branch a certain way due to rulesets in our organization. It ignores my request and names it "copilot/fix-"

To Reproduce

1. Use the GitHub Remote MCP
2. Ask it to create a Pull Request for Copilot and name the new branch something specific like "ABC-1234"

Expected behavior
The created branch should be named "ABC-1234"
