Release version 0.35.0 with persona_id filter and tag_name filter support

• Adds persona_id query parameter to CategoriesResource.prompts and its async counterpart, forwarded via CategoryPromptsParams.
• Extends Filter unions in report citations, sentiment, and visibility params to include FilterTagNameFilter for filtering by tag name.
• Adds language and optional personas fields to CategoryPromptsResponse.Data, and a status field to CategoryTopicsResponseItem.
• Bumps package version from 0.34.0 to 0.35.0 across pyproject.toml, _version.py, and the release manifest.
