fix: replace serde_yml with serde_yaml_ng#600

Replace unsound and unmaintained serde_yml (RUSTSEC-2025-0068) with serde_yaml_ng, removing the transitive libyml dependency (GHSA #69). Also fix pre-existing clippy::uninlined_format_args warnings and update check.sh to use --all-features --all-targets.
