Summary
Chinese-speaking developers are a very large community. CodeGraph is already an excellent project — the local graph, the surgical context, and the browser viewer are the kind of tools that should be easy to pick up in someone's first language. I would love for something this good to have a matching Simplified Chinese README.
This PR adds
README.zh-CN.mdas a faithful translation of the current English README, and a small English / 简体中文 switcher at the top of both files. Identifiers, CLI flags, code fences, badge URLs, and benchmark numbers are left as in the English source.
