feat: Rename cli to mesh-cli

• Renames to mesh-cli
• In an attempt to not break anything that still might want it to exist and be called rosetta-cli, I keep the 'rosetta-cli' binaries downloadable, and also have the install.sh script do a symlink to rosetta-cli from mesh-cli.
