CODEX-2509 : Fix the Card in the project page

There are 3 main issues with the card in Project page :

1. When clicking on +10 here for example - optimize the behaviour in such a way that when we click on +10 or +3 etc , it should show the remaining technologies used but should not increase the card size vertifcally it should come as a pop out z-scale increased . It should look appealing and suit proper UI / UX .

2. There should be no scrolling effect . For more number of contributors , ie for example more than 2 or 3 it should show 'show more' or something like that .... but yes it should not increase the card height . Also for the long description part if its too long add 'more..' and fix accordinly . Think of some way to preserve card size and showing more contributors . Try difference ways and get it verfied by moderator .

3. Fix the unexpected horizontal scroll behavior . This breaks the card and looks unsettling .

Things to ensure :

• Card should remain the same height .
• UX should be maintained properly
• Color Scheme should remain the same no changes in design of the card allowed
