use `gh auth git-credential`

the gh cli now has a credential helper for git.

instead of this

git config --global credential.helper '!f() { sleep 1; echo "username=${GITHUB_USER}"; echo "password=${GH_TOKEN}"; }; f'

you can now run this

git config --global credential.helper '!gh auth git-credential'
