[Bug] still no joy with the certificate wizard

Summary

I renamed my otherwise unmodified initializer project, so all the certificatates and IDS should be different.
I ran the certificate wizard and did a "auto setup". Seemed to go well but ended with this error.

Looking at the codename1-settings.properties, everything seemed to be in order despite the error above.
So I submitted a debug build, followed by a release build. Both failed with complaints about mismatched
capabilities between ids and profiles. I checked capabilities on developer.apple.com and saw nothing
unusual - the profiles ought to match as far as I can tell.

Note that the "ios.validatecertificate" hint is false for these builds.
