Sequences can't be deleted from the dashboard or MCP. DELETE /sequences/:sequenceId exists in the REST API, but the web app never calls it, and MCP only has delete_sequence_email.
Risk in the current API: there is no status guard. Deleting an active sequence cascades through ongoing_sequences, rules and email_deliveries, so contacts drop out mid-flow and stats are lost without warning.
Scope
API: an active sequence must be paused before it can be deleted (409 sequence_active). Decide whether a sequence that has sent mail is archived (stats kept) or hard deleted after confirmation. Clean up its triggers/rules and media references (media references are already handled). Update the OpenAPI docs.
MCP: add a delete_sequence tool.
Dashboard: a Delete action in the sequences list and on the sequence page, with a shadcn AlertDialog that says how many contacts are currently enrolled.
MediaLit assets: when this delete removes content, also delete the MediaLit files it referenced that are no longer used anywhere (media row and file). Use the shared helper from #157. Keep assets used by sent or archived content.
Tests: check that the MediaLit files this entity owned are deleted (assert deleteMedia calls with the MediaLit client mocked, and that the media rows are gone), and that shared or sent-mail media is kept. See the test list in #157.
