com_bfstop's workflow no longer has a matrix of its own, so the issue and pull request texts of the joomla-versions workflow and tests/README.md no longer tell to raise it there. Companion to the com_bfstop PR that makes its CI read
tests/ci/matrix.jsonfrom this repository instead of keeping a matrix of its own. Text only:joomla-versions.yml: the issue for a new Joomla line no longer says to also change com_bfstop'sci.yml; the pull request body says com_bfstop needs no change instead of "has its own matrix".tests/README.md: describes that the com_bfstop workflow shares the matrix and the checksum file.The checksum file is untouched: the 5.4.8 / 6.1.3 entries stay until com_bfstop's change is merged, since its current workflow still installs those through this file (the lint only notes unused entries).
