The new branding caused the teacher personalization quiz to have some visual issues. This change fixes them.
Question 1 before: Numeric entry box for years was so narrow that any entered text would not show up, and it was below the baseline of the rest of the text.
Question 1 after: The number box holds two-digit numbers and is more in line with the rest of the text.
Teaching style summary screen before: The column header text was too large and the whole content was too close to the right border
Teaching style summary screen after: The column header text once again fits in its assigned space, and the page content is centered horizontally.
