Additionally, alphabetized all OpenFGA maintainers for easier list maintenance.

Updates the OpenFGA entry in the CNCF project-maintainers.csv registry to reflect the currently approved maintainer list (per the linked OpenFGA community governance PR).

Changes:

• Adds newly approved OpenFGA maintainers and reorders the OpenFGA maintainer block.
• Removes maintainers no longer listed and fixes/normalizes several maintainer name/affiliation entries.
