Consolidate Work View, Team, and Status into a single sidebar container with collapsible sections. Remove separate Team View Webview and Cloud Tunnel status bar sections. Update success criteria, desired state, section numbering, and walkthrough diagrams to match.
- afx open uses custom URI scheme (vscode://codev/open?file=&line=) - Terminal naming: Codev: Architect, Codev: #42 title [phase] - All critical and important open questions now resolved
Add root package.json with workspaces config for packages/*. Move package-lock.json from packages/codev/ to root for unified dependency resolution. Native modules (node-pty, better-sqlite3) hoist and load correctly. Build and 2422 unit tests pass.
Copy extension scaffold into packages/codev-vscode/ as a workspace member. Add root .vscode/ with launch, tasks, settings, and recommended extensions for F5 debugging. Remove internal .vscode/ from extension package. Update .gitignore for extension build output.
Change module from Node16 to ESNext with moduleResolution: bundler. Enables cross-package imports from ESM packages like @cluesmith/codev during type-checking. esbuild output unchanged (still CJS).
