Description of Changes
Re-implements #2149 on top of latest
masterand .NET 10 support. It's a good cleanup on the C# side.
Changing exported callback ids from
uinttointis ABI-neutral at the Wasm/i32 level, and nicer inside C# because arrays/spans/streams/lists are int-indexed.Worth doing, in my opinion.
API and ABI breaking changes
No breaking changes.
