I can no longer maintain Opaleye. Do you want to adopt it?

I can no longer maintain Opaleye, due to lack of time. Since Rel8 is probably, transitively, the biggest source of users of Opaleye, I wondered if you'd like to adopt it. That could be individuals working on Rel8, or Rel8 as a project adopting Opaleye, or CircuitHub adopting Opaleye; I don't really mind the form it takes.

Please let me know if that's something you'd like to do. If not I'll start working on some sort of orderly deprecation plan.

I haven't talked with the others yet, but I would be happy to help maintain opaleye. FWIW I think it's worth keeping opaleye and rel8 separate as they are now.
