- Implementation is real and integrated with Rustalis.
- Tests cover important edge cases.
- Unsafe code has a safety comment and a documented invariant.
- Relevant documentation is updated.
- QEMU/integration verification is added where applicable.

Implemented in PR #33: adds the x86_64 invalid-opcode (#UD) handler with faulting RIP diagnostics and controlled kernel panic behavior. The PR closes this issue when merged.
