Scope
Handle INT3/breakpoint exceptions cleanly and log the interrupt frame.
Definition of done
- Implementation is real and integrated with Rustalis.
- Tests cover important edge cases.
- Unsafe code has a safety comment and a documented invariant.
- Relevant documentation is updated.
- QEMU/integration verification is added where applicable.

Implemented in PR #33: adds the x86_64 IDT breakpoint handler, saved-frame diagnostics, and an opt-in INT3 boot self-test. The PR closes this issue when merged.
