Summary
Use Rock 0.15.1's
remote-cache statuscommand for cache lookup.This removes the action's separate fingerprint lookup and manual artifact-name construction, while preserving PR-specific lookup before the regular cache lookup. Rock now provides the canonical fingerprint, artifact name, and hit result. The documented minimum Rock version is now 0.15.1.
