Based on: buildkite#2477 and buildkite#2461 Improvements to the build meta-data documentation based on earlier PR feedback: Clarify that meta-data is stored at the build level, not the job level, and that last-write-wins when multiple jobs set the same key. Rewrite the dashboard filtering section to be more direct and actionable, showing the meta_data[…]=… query parameter syntax. Use curly-brace placeholders in example URLs for consistency. Add the /meta-data build URL for viewing all meta-data associated with a build.

This improves the documentation page about Build meta-data to mention that it's possible to see all meta-data of a given build by appending
/meta-datato the build URL.
