Report command, channel work, and prompt state through the native EventBus. Preserve agent execution, normal text output, and exit codes, and keep redirected output free of status sequences.

Report OSC 7501 status for CLI commands, channel work, and user prompts through Bub's native EventBus. Preserve agent execution, normal text output, and exit codes; redirected output contains no status sequences.
Validated with the full pytest suite, real PTY checks, and
make check. Reviewed by Astra / xhigh.
